    In our commercial real estate practice, we review, negotiate and prepare contracts for the sale, purchase, or lease of real estate. Our work includes residential and commercial subdivisions, apartment complexes, shopping centers, and multi-storied office buildings.

    We advise our clients, which include lenders, individual owners, investors, and developers, with respect to purchasing, selling and financing real estate; including tax liability considerations where appropriate.

    We are involved in all aspects of commercial litigation including general contract disputes, mortgage foreclosures, creditor’s rights, corporate and partnership litigation, and landlord/tenant litigation.
  • In our bankruptcy practice, Monzack Mersky McLaughlin and Browder, P.A. represents, individual creditors, creditor’s committees, liquidating trustees, parties seeking to acquire assets and other interest holders including: landlords and developers, former officers and directors, former employees, secured lenders, indentured trustees, governmental agencies, trade creditors, reclamation creditors, equipment lessors, labor groups, contractors, bondholders and stockholders.

    We represent parties in preferential and fraudulent transfer claims and also serve as counsel to Liquidating Trusts prosecuting preference and fraudulent transfer actions. We act as both lead and local counsel and will tailor our representations to the needs of our clients and co-counsel.
  • The litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practice group combines an extensive legal knowledge base with a depth of trial and motions practice experience in both Federal and State courts. Monzack Mersky McLaughlin and Browder, P.A. represents a wide array of international, national and local clients, in matters most often related to business governance, interpretation of business agreements, declaratory judgment and other injunctive relief, real estate-related transactions, and commercial bankruptcy.

    We encourage cross-disciplinary solutions for client matters and strive to resolve disputes at the pre-litigation stage whenever possible.
