Mary ELIZABETH M. BROWDER
TAXATION + TRUSTS & ESTATES + CORPORATE LAW
Mary Beth Browder has been an attorney at Monzack Mersky Browder and Hochman, P.A. since 1994. Mary Beth’s practice focuses on Federal and State Tax Law, Estate Planning, Corporate Law, Limited Liability Company Law, Alternative Corporate Entity Law, Business Transactions, and Probate. Mary Beth’s expertise arises from her ability to interlace her extensive tax law knowledge with commercial, corporate, and estate planning issues. Mary Beth frequently partners with the firm’s real estate practice group to provide tax planning while structuring complex real estate transactions.
Mary Beth works very closely with her clients – large and small – to provide a level of communication that only a boutique firm can provide, and to produce results expected from a traditional “big” firm.
Mary Beth practiced with the international firm of Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft in Washington, DC before joining Monzack Mersky McLaughlin and Browder more than 18 years ago.
